Returns and Exchanges
Friendly and Hassle Free
At Wicked Irish, we want your shopping experience to be nothing short of amazing. That’s why we’ve
created a return policy that’s simple and straightforward, ensuring that if something isn’t quite right,
we’ll make it as easy as possible to fix!
We get it – sometimes things just don’t work out. You have 60 days from the date of your
purchase to return an item. After that, we won’t be able to offer a return, refund, or exchange.
If you need a different size or received a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange it
for the same item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be returned or
refunded.
To make a return, please email us at returns@wickedirish.com. Include your name and billing
address. Include a photo of the item you are returning if it arrived damaged. We do our best to
inspect everything before it ships, but hey, accidents happen!
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm. If everything
checks out, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. Depending on your bank or credit
card provider, refunds may take a few days to appear in your account.
